摘要
服务质量已经成为提升服务型企业竞争力关键因素之一。本文通过对服务质量相关文献的回顾,结合成都商务会所服务质量现状,揭示了会所在服务质量管理中存在的几点问题,最后提出提升成都商务会所服务质量的措施。
Service quality has become one of the key factors for service - oriented enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. Through the review of related literature of service quality, combined with the present situation of service quality in Chengdu business clubs, this paper reveals the problems of service quality management. In the end,it comes up with some measures of upgrading service quality in Chengdu business clubs.
