摘要
目的:探讨骨肉瘤组织中主要组织相容性复合物Ⅰ类链相关A(MICA)蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的关系。方法:用免疫组化检测66例骨肉瘤组织中MICA和MMP-9蛋白的表达情况。结果:MICA和MMP-9蛋白在骨肉瘤组织的表达率分别为51.5%和54.5%,两者在骨肉瘤组织的表达呈正相关(r=0.414,P<0.01)。结论:MICA广泛表达于骨肉瘤组织,其与MMP-9表达可能由相同信号通路调控。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between major histocompatibility complex class Ⅰ chain-related A (MICA)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in osteosarcoma tissues. Methods: MICA and MMP-9 expressions were examined in osteosarcoma tissues(66 samples)by immunohistochemistry. Results: MICA and MMP-9 protein were detected in 51.5% and 54.5% of osteosarcoma tissues, respectively. MICA expression increased with the increase of MMP-9 expression(r =0.414, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: MICA is widely expressed in osteosarcoma tissues. The expression of MICA and MMP-9 may be regulated by the same signal transduction.
