On the Strategy of Ecological Construction of China's Modernization

中国的现代化建设是在一个承载着严重的生态环境问题的背景下进行的,我们必须深入认识和严肃对待日益严重的生态恶化趋势。我国目前出现的生态环境问题从本质上说是工业危机的表现,这是生态环境问题的历史必然性。我们必须努力实现生产方式的转变,大力开拓和建设新工业化,以新工业化为动力加强环境保护和生态建设。到2020年,我们建设的是适度工业化范畴的"资源节约型、环境友好型社会";到2050年,我们应该也必须进一步努力建设新工业化范畴的"资源深层化、环境生态化社会"。

China's modernization is carrying in a background of serious ecological problems.We must understand and treat seriously the growing trend of ecological deterioration.China's current ecological problems arise from the nature of the performance of the industrial crisis,which shows the the historical inevitability of the ecological environment questions.We must strive to achieve the changes in modes of production,as well as development and construction of new industrialization which is a driving force in the new environmental protection and ecological construction.By 2020,we will complete in building the appropriate areas of industrialization,'a resource-saving and environment-friendly society';By 2050,we will make further efforts for the construction of a new industrialized area of the 'deep resources and the environment of the community.'
