论政治参与和政府管理在网络空间的良性互动

Interaction between Political Participation and Government Management in the Cyberspace

网络空间是权力(权利)分配的新场域,它的出现不仅改变了政治参与和政府管理的传统环境,使之呈现出新的特征,而且使政治参与和政府管理这组相对独立的组合关系面临断裂的危险。因此,必须积极探索切实可行的路径,以加强网络政治参与对政府管理的正面效应,实现政治参与和政府管理在网络空间的良性互动。

Cyberspace is a new field to allocate power or right.Its advent not only changes the traditional environment about the political participation and the government management that characterized by a new feature,but also has the series of relatively independent syntagmatic relation confronted with the risk to break.Therefore,effective route must be selected to enhance the positive effect about the political participation over government management on the net,and realize the benign interaction between political participation and government management in the cyberspace.
