城镇化导向下的县(市)域村庄布点规划方法探索——以胶南市为例

Discussion on the planning method of site layout for villages in county(or city) region under the background of urbanization:a case study of Jiaonan City

评析了当前村庄布点规划存在的主要问题,提出"面向县(市)域而基于乡镇行政单元的城镇化导向型"村庄布点规划思路,并结合胶南市的实践详细介绍了乡镇农村人口预测和村庄布点重构阶段中各个工作环节内容,为纠正村庄布点规划中"村庄规模主导论"和"耕作半径决定论"而构建起系统性、定量化的规划新方法。

After analyzing the defects in the current research of site layout for village, this paper puts up the planning thoughts, based on urbanization guidance of town administration unit. The paper also introduces in detail each work-chain of prediction in rural population scale and the reorganization in the site layout for village, which establishes the systematic and quantitative planning method in order to correct ＂the village scale leadership theory＂ and ＂cultivation radius determinism＂.
