摘要
受陶行知提出的学校规章制度是"学校所以立之大本"思想的启示,认为良好的机制是高职校产学结合高效、高水平发展的前提,强调了良好的校企合作机制、校内实训基地建设机制、高素质"双师型"教师资源的培养和利用机制在产学结合工作中的重要作用及阐明了这些机制的主要内容。
Inspired by the thought of ＂rules are the base for the school＂ put forward by Tao Xingzhi, this article believed that good mechanics was the base for the optimized combination of university and industry, and emphasized the inner school training base construction, the cultivation of the high quality ＂double-qualified teacher＂ ,etc.
