摘要
20世纪90年代以来,日本为推动高职教育发展,借鉴美国经验,大力推广就业体验制度,取得了显著的效果,促进了高职生职业意识和职业生涯能力的形成,加强了高职院校与企业的合作,改善和充实了现有的高职教育,推进了企业的人力资本开发等。探讨这一制度的特点,对促进我国高职教育的改革和发展具有一定的借鉴与启示。
Since 1990s, in order to promote the development of higher vocational education, Japan has refered to American experience, popularized internship system and achieved significant results such as formation of career awareness and the promoted career ability; the strengthened cooperation of higher vocational colleges and enterprise; the improved higher vocational education; the promoted enterprise＇ s human capital development, etc. Exploring the characteristics of this system can make enlightenments for us to promote the reform and development of higher vocational education in our country.
