摘要
为了研究超细化钝感HMX在小尺寸弯曲装药条件下的爆速亏损现象,从理论上推导了爆速亏损与装药曲率半径的关系式,并通过试验分别测定了在沟槽尺寸为0.6mm×0.6mm、0.8mm×0.8mm时的弯曲装药爆速亏损,利用最小二乘法确定了两种尺寸下爆速亏损与装药曲率半径的半经验关系式分别为D|d=0.6=(D|d=0.6)/Dj.0.753/Rd0.6、(D|d=0.8)/Dj0.734/Rd0.3。研究表明,弯曲装药爆速亏损的经验表达式和半经验表达式能较好地吻合。
In order to study the detonation velocity deficits of superfine desensitized HMX in curve channel, the relation formula between detonation velocity deficits and corner radius were deduced. The detonation velocity deficits of the HMX charged in curve channel were measured when channel sizes were 0.6 mm× 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm× 0.8mm, and the relation formula D|d=0.6=(D|d=0.6)/Dj.0.753/Rd0.6、(D|d=0.8)/Dj0.734/Rd0.6=were obtained by using the least squares technique. Results show that the empiricalformulation is in a good agreement with the semi-empirical formulation.
