Accurate Calculation of Quadrature-axis and Direct-axis Armature Reaction Reactance for a Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine

摘要 为了提高永磁同步电机性能,采用电磁场有限元法、在不考虑永磁体作用的情况下、通过分别施加交、直轴电枢电流进行计算。计算交、直轴电枢反应电抗会带来很大误差。分析了产生误差的原因,在此基础上提出了一种新的计算方法,即考虑电机的实际运行情况和交、直轴之间交叉饱和的影响。计算结果与理论分析一致,具有一定实用价值。 In the paper, calculated the quadrature-axis and direct-axis armature reaction reactance calculated through exerting the quadrature-axis and direct-axis armature current respectively without considering permanent magnet, based on electromagnetic FEM. The calculation results were not accurate using the method, and analyzed the reasons of error. Presented a new method presented to calculate the quadrature-axis and direct-axis armature reaction reactance accurately, which considered the actual operation condition of the permanent magnet synchronous generator and the crossing saturation effect between quadrature-axis and direct-axis. Results consistent with the theoretical analysis, have some practical value.
