摘要
针对笼型异步电动机的断相故障,以一台三相鼠笼异步电动机为例,建立了电动机的场路耦合时步有限元计算模型。通过对电动机带额定负载起动至稳态再到A相断相运行的整个过程进行仿真计算,分析研究了断相工况,讨论了断相对电机转矩、转速、定转子电流及损耗的影响。
Researched the open-phase failure of squirrel cage induction motor, estblished the field-circuit coupling time-stepping FEM model. Calculated and analysed the whole process from start up with rated load to open-phase after steady condition. Discussed the torque, the speed, the current and the loss of the motor.
