深圳市镍镉电池行业职业病危害防护效果的调查

摘要 目的对深圳市镍镉电池行业职业病危害特征和卫生防护效果进行调查,为防控职业病危害提供依据。方法通过卫生学调查、职业病危害因素监测和职业健康检查等方法确定其危害性,并评价其防护效果。结果该行业存在镍、镉、钴、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环己酮、二氯乙烷、噪声和射频辐射等职业病危害因素,工作场所除镉和噪声外,其他职业病危害因素基本符合国家职业卫生标准,接触人员职业健康检查未发现职业病或疑似职业病。结论该行业属于职业病危害严重的企业,现行的职业病危害防护设施尚未完全达到防护效果,需定期进行职业卫生培训和加强职业卫生管理。 [ Objective] To investigate the characteristic and protective effect of occupational hazard in nickel-cadmium battery industry, and provide evidence for occupational disease control. [ Methods] Through hygienic investigation, monitoring of occupational hazards and occupational health examination, the occupational hazard was confirmed, and the protective effect was evaluated. [ Results]The occupational hazards of nickel, cadmium, cobalt, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, benzene, toluene, xylene, cyelohexanone, dichloroethane, noise and radio frequency radiation existed in this industry. Except for cadmium and noise, other occupational hazards in the workplace basically met the national occupational health standards. No occupational disease or suspected occupational disease case was found among exposed workers through examination. [ Conclusion ] The industry belongs to the enterprise with serious occupational hazard. The effects of protection facilities being used has not fully meet the requirement, so it is necessary to conduct occupational health training regularly, and strengthen the occupational health management.
