怀化市171名医用放射作业人员健康状况分析

Analysis of Health Status of 171 Medical Workers Exposed to Radiation in Huaihua City

目的了解怀化市医用放射作业人员的健康状况,为放射防护工作提供依据。方法整理2007年度以来怀化市疾病预防控制中心进行职业健康检查的医用放射作业人员的健康档案资料,用SPSS11.5 for windows软件进行数据统计分析。结果心电图、腹部B超、肝功能、外周血象、血压、X线胸片异常检出率分别为22.81%、20.47%、12.28%、11.11%、8.19%、2.92%。结论该市医用放射作业人员总体健康状况较好,但心电图异常率较高,提示不仅要做好职业放射防护工作,还要做好心血管疾病的防治工作。

[ Objective ] To understand the health status of medical workers exposed to radiation, and provide evidence for radioprotection. [ Methods] Health records of the radiation workers who received health examination in Huaihua CDC in 2007 were collected, and the data were analyzed with SPSS11. 5 for windows software. [ Results ] The abnormal detection rates of ECG, B-ultrasonic inspection, liver function, peripheral hemogram, blood pressure and chest radiography were 22.81%, 20.47%, 12.28%, 11. 11%, 8.19% and 2.92% respectively. [ Conclusion] The overall health condition of the radiation workers was good, but the abnormal detection rate of ECG was relatively high, it suggests that not only the occupational radioprotection but also the control of cardiovascular diseases should be improved.
