摘要
目的探讨赏识教育理论在糖尿病教育中的应用及效果。方法将48例糖尿病患者随机分为实验班和对照班,周末集中强化学习1个月。实验班根据赏识教育理论及病员特点,确定实施教学方法,对照班采用传统讲授方法。结果实验班95%的糖尿病人对赏识教育的方法表示满意;糖尿病知识评分(72.6±9.6)比对照班(52.2±4.8)高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.31,P<0.01);有治疗依从性的病员数较对照班平均增加26%。结论赏识教育理论应用于糖尿病教育,能有效提高糖尿患者对糖尿病知识的接受度及治疗的依从性。
[ Objective] To explore the application and effect of appreciate educational theory in diabetes education. [ Methods ] 48 diabetic patients were randomly divided into experimental class and control class to receive one month-long diabetic knowledge education in weekend. The teaching method of the experimental classes was made according to appreciate education theory and characteristics of patients, and the control class were guided with traditional methods. [ Results ] 95% of patients in the experimental class were satisfied with appreciate education methods. The diabetes knowledge score of the experimental class ( 72.6 ± 9.6 ) was higher than that of the control class( 52.2 ± 4.8 ) , the difference was significant ( t = 9.31, P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared to the control class, the patients with treatment compliance averagely increased 26%. [ Conclusion] Application of appreciation education theory in diabetes education can improve the acceptance of diabetic knowledge and treatment compliance of diabetic patients.
