摘要
目的探讨长期接触粉尘和噪声对工人健康的影响。方法对泰兴市某铸造厂240名铸造车间工人的健康状况进行分析,同时选择同单位无噪声和粉尘接触史的160名工人进行对照分析。结果铸造作业工人心电图异常检出率高于对照组,2组工人心电图各种异常率比较,窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),左室高电压和ST-T波改变差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但铸造作业工人心电图异常率与工龄无关。结论铸造作业环境对生产工人心血管系统可造成一系列损害,应防尘除噪,加强个体防护。
[ Objective] To investigate the effect of long-term exposure to dust and noise on workers'health. [ Methods] The health status of 240 foundry workers were analyzed in a foundry factory, and 160 workers without dust and noise exposure in the same factory were selected and the comparative analysis was carried out. [Results]The abnormal ECG rate was higher in foundry workers than the control group. There were significant difference of sinus bradyeardia, sinus arrhythmia, left ventrieular high voltage and ST-T wave changes between 2 groups. ( P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈0. 05 ). The foundry workers'ECG rate of abnormality had nothing to do with the length of service. [Condusion] The environment of foundry work can generate a series of harm to the production workers'cardiovascular system. It is necessary to prevent the dust, eliminate the noise and strengthen the individual protection.
