摘要
目的对原子荧光法测定头发中砷的方法,进行测量结果不确定度分析。方法按JJF 1059-1999规定,运用测量不确定度理论,建立数学模型。结果扩展不确定度为:U=0.033μg/g。结论该不确定度评定方法在实际工作中有较好的实用价值。
[ Objective] To analyze the uncertainty of measuring arsenic in hair by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. [ Methods ] According to JJF 1059-1999, the mathematical model was established by using Theory of Uncertainty in Measurement. [ Results] The expanded uncertainty was U =0. 033 μg/g. [ [Conelusion]This uncertainty evaluation method has good value in the practical work.
