摘要
顶进桥顶进作业时,由于顶进前需要在刃脚前方开挖一定长度的土体即侧天窗,若无加固措施,桥两侧边墙及刃脚前方会出现较大范围无支护的临空面,而在开挖施工过程中,开挖土体在自重及外界因素作用下,极易失稳塌方,造成安全事故。本文通过沈北大道公铁立交桥项目,对侧天窗土体采用的加固形式、方法及施工工艺进行了分析,可为以后类似工程施工提供参考与借鉴。
During jacking bridge operated, it is essential to excavate a certain length of soil body in the front of cutting edge before jacking, it is called side skylight. Without reinforcement, large - scale unbraced free face will appear in both side walls of the bridge and the front cutting edge. In the process of excavation, the soil body excavated collapses easily under the action of self weight and external factors and causes safety incidents. In this paper, reinforcement forms, methods and Construction technology of the side skylight are analyzed detailedly based on Shenbei road -rail overpass project. These methods are worthy to learn and use for reference to similar projects.
