马斯洛需要层次理论在高职高专教师管理中的应用探析

The Discussion on Application of Maslow's Level Theory of Needs in the Management of Higher Vocational Colleges Teachers

作为高等教育发展中的一个类型,高职教育承担着培养技术应用性人才和高素质技能性人才的重要任务,而这类人才培养的质量在很大程度上取决于高职高专院校的教师队伍的水平,因此,加强高职高专院校教师队伍的管理已成为当务之急。本文以马斯洛的需要层次理论为切入点,从独特的视角阐明了高职高专院校教师管理的途径和方法,对我国高职高专院校的教师管理有重要的借鉴意义。

As a type of higher education, vocational education undertakes the essential mission of training high -quality talents. And to a large extend, the quality of these talents depend on the level of the teachers. Therefore, strengthening the management of the vocational teachers has become imperative. This paper is based on Maslow＇s level theory of Needs, and elaborates the ways of managing the vocational teachers. This is an important reference to the management of teachers.
