摘要
为方便实用,研究了火灾下钢管混凝土柱截面温度场的简化计算方法。首先,编制了有限差分法的数值计算程序来计算火灾下钢管混凝土柱的截面温度场,程序计算结果与试验结果符合得较好;其次在试验结果和大量数值计算结果的基础上分析了钢管壁厚、钢管直径以及混凝土骨料类型等因素对截面温度场的影响;最后,对部分主要因素对截面温度场的影响进行了简化处理,并拟合给出了火灾下钢管混凝土柱截面温度场的简化计算方法,简化计算方法的精度满足工程实用的精度要求。
The simplified calculation method of section temperature field for concrete columns with steel tubes under fire disaster conditions was studied for convenient practice. Firstly, a numerical program of finite difference method was worked out to calculate the section temperature field of concrete columns with steel tubes subjected to fire disaster condition, and the results by the program operation have a good agreement with the experimental results. Secondly, the effects of the thickness and diameter of steel tubes, and the types of concrete aggregates were analyzed on the basis of experimental results and plentiful numerical results. Finally, the effects of some major factors on the section temperature field were simplified, and the simplified calculation method was applied to calculate the section temperature field of concrete columns with steel tubes based on data fitting. The precision of the simplified calculation method can satisfy the accuracy requirement of engineering practices.
