摘要
针对宝日希勒露天矿采场水出水水质很差的现实,分析采用多级氧化塘净水工艺净化露天矿采场水。通过深入研究氧化塘净化采场水的机理,参考氧化塘设计参数表,着重对露天矿采场水的多级氧化塘处理单元做出合理设计。多级氧化塘采场水净化系统建成运行后,实践证明采场水出水水质完全达标,采场水净化取得了很好的经济效益,为露天矿采场水净化提供了一种新的经济可行方法。
In view of the bad water quality of effluents in Baorixile Strip Mine, the paper proposed to use multistage oxidation pond to purify the mine water of the strip mine. The paper emphasizes on the rational design of processing unit of multistage oxidation pond by deeply analyzing the mechanism of oxidation pond for purifying the mine water, and referencing to design parameter table of oxidation pond. After construction of multistage purification system of mine water, its operation shows that the water quality of effluents from mine can completely reach the standard for daily usage, and the purification of mine water obtains very good economic benefit. Oxidation pond provides a new economically feasible way for the purification of mine water in strip mine.
