The concept lattice given by Will. R reflects the precise relations between objects and attributes, but in fact, many concepts known by people in context is usually fuzzy and imprecise, so it plays an important role in Studying the fuzzy concept lattice. This paper presents a new definition of the fuzzy concept lattice of a fuzzy formal context, discusses its properties and gives an algorithm to compute all fuzzy concepts. Finally, we give an example to illustrate the method.
