我国30种谷类营养素含量的聚类分析

The Cluster analysis of Nutrient Contents in 30Kinds of Cereal in Our Country

每种谷类所含营养素成分不同,本文利用《中国食物成分表2002》中给出的数据,对我国30种谷类的营养素含量进行聚类分析和相关分析,发现谷类各种营养素相互影响,主要以协同作用为主,没有任何一种食物包含人体多需的各种营养成分。

Different cereal contains different nutriments, this paper used the data of Ingredient Diagram of China Foods 2002 to analyse the nutrient content of 30 kinds of cereals, with clustering and interrelated methods, the interactions among 30cereals were found, and cooperation was the main point for people reference to choose food in the future.
