区域文化产业发展模式探析——以保定市为例

文化产业是一个朝阳产业,在许多国家和地区,已发展成为重要的支柱产业。通过对比分析国外发达国家和国内发达地区的文化产业发展模式,研究其成熟和不足之处。通过对保定文化产业发展现状的分析,得出保定文化产业发展存在规模偏小、管理体制改革滞后、政府对文化事业投入不足等一系列的问题,与此同时,也分析指出了保定在文化产业发展上所具有的优势。结合保定本地区的经济发展水平、文化特点、资源等因素,提出了保定文化产业发展的一般模式。
