低收缩耐热冲击重防腐鳞片涂料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了自制低收缩剂对乙烯基酯树脂固化体积收缩率和热变形温度的影响。结果表明,低收缩剂添加量在4%以下时,体积收缩率随添加量增加几乎呈直线下降;添加量在4%以上时,体积收缩率变化趋缓。低收缩剂添加量在7%以下时,热变形温度下降趋势较缓和;添加量超过7%时,热变形温度下降趋于剧烈。研制的玻璃鳞片涂料经-23~200℃循环5次,18~200℃冷水浸泡循环5次,无开裂、无脱落,并具有较好的耐酸耐腐蚀等综合性能。 This paper studies the influence of self-made low pinch agent on volume pinch rate and heat distortion temperature of vinyl resin, showing that the volume pinch rate linearly decreases with the increase of low pinch agent adding amount below 4%, but the decrease of the volume pinch rate eases up with the increase of low pinch agent adding amount above 4%; thermal shock resistance decreases slowly when the use level of low pinch agent is below 7% and decreases violently when the adding amount is above 7%. The prepared flake coatings, through five circulations in -23-200 ℃ and 5 circulations of cool water immersion 18 200℃, are still of no cracking and peeling and of good acid resistance and corrosion resistance.
