摘要
采用发散法,以端基为8个丙烯酸酯双键的树状聚酯胺[PAE(=)8]和对氨基苯甲酸(PABA)为原料,以甲醇为溶剂,无水碳酸钠催化下65℃反应96h,合成端基为羧基的树状聚酯胺[PAE(COOH)8]。用IR、1H-NMR及13C-NMR测定了它的结构。测定了PAE(COOH)8水溶液的表面张力和对苯甲酸、水杨酸、甲基红等难溶客体小分子的增溶性。结果表明:PAE(COOH)8具有良好的水溶性及表面活性;在质量浓度相同时,其对难溶客体小分子的增溶量远高于十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)。
Employing divergent strategy, dendritic poly(ester-amine) with 8 peripheral carboxyl [PAE(COOH)8] was synthesized from the dendrimer with 8 peripheral acrylic ester double bond [PAE( =)8 ] and p-aminobenzoic acid at 65℃ for 96 hours , using methanol as solvent, sodium carbonate as catalyst. The structure of dendritic poly(ester-amine) was identified by IR,^1 H-NMR and ^13C-NMR. The surface tension and solubilization capacity on benzoic acid, salicylic acid and methyl red hard-dissolved guest molecule was studied. It was found that PAE(COOH)8 had good water solubility and surface activity, more solubilization effect than sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) at same concentration.
