摘要
借助于声速法、密度法、XRD等分析手段,考察了不同的牵伸条件和牵伸方式对聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维结构的影响。结果表明:牵伸条件的不同,纤维的取向和结晶程度有明显的区别;而牵伸方式的不同,对纤维的结晶程度也有较大影响。
The effect of different drawing condition and way on the structure of PAN fiber precursor was studied by means of XRD, sonic-velocity method and volume density test. The result showed that the orientation and crystallinity of PAN fiber precursor had obvious difference with drawing condition changed. At the same time, drawing way had great effect on the crystallinity of the fiber.
