组织文化的尽职审查和兼容性分析 被引量:1

摘要 企业并购前的组织文化尽职审查对并购的成功影响很大。本文阐述组织文化尽职审查的两种模式及其步骤,并强调组织文化审查之后需要对文化的兼容性进行分析,以指导并购过程中的组织文化整合。
