摘要
实现了ISO 11562规范的高斯滤波器对表面轮廓进行滤波,以分离其组成成分。根据ISO标准,对其原始轮廓、波纹度轮廓、粗糙度轮廓典型评定参数进行了计算。其中采用的典型轮廓标准数据是英国国家物理实验室(NPL)与Taylor Hobson公司、英国Huddersfield大学精密技术研究中心,根据ISO 5436-2开发的软件测量标准系统提供的,计算结果与标准参考结果进行了比对,比对结果表明滤波器和评定算法的实现是正确的和有效的。
The Gaussian filter defined in ISO 11562 was realized and the surface texture was filtered. Its components :primary profile, waviness profile and roughness profile were evaluated according to the ISO standard. The adopted computation data is from the software measurement standard system researched and developed by the National Physics Laboratory of UK, Taylor Hobson Corporation and Center for Precision Technology, of Huddersfield University on the basis of ISO5436-2. The computation results are compared with those given in the standard system. The computation and comparison show that the implementation for the Gaussian filters and evaluation algorithms are correct and effective.
