摘要
目的建立一种气相色谱测定食品中亚硝酸盐的方法。方法采用顶空法进样技术,用气相色谱进行定量测定。结果本方法的最低检出限为0.86μg,若取样5g,则最低检出浓度为0.43mg/kg,线性范围1.2μg-1200μg。相关系数r=0.999 7,回归方程y=0.123x+1.15。结论该方法操作简便,抗干扰能力强,线性范围宽,检测限低,可用于肉制食品的测定,是一个较为理想的检测方法。
Objective Establishes one kind of GC survey nitrite in food the method. Method headspace sampling technology, GC quantitative analysis. Results The method lowest detection limit is 0.86 μg, if taking 5g samples, then the lowest detection limit is 0.43mg/kg, the Linear scope from 1.2μg to 1200 μg; the Correlation coefficient is r =0.9997 and the equation of regression is Y = 0. 123X + 1.15. Conclusion It shows that the method which operation simple, accurate, The linear scope is wide, Is suitable to the meat product survey, is a ideal measurement method.
