摘要
大型起重设备的吊装是起重设备制造过程中最重要的环节，文中通过对两台８０ｔ龙门起重机吊装方案的优选，并在充分考虑了利用现有设备的基础上，针对高、低架车的不同情况，确定了两套合理、可行的吊装方案。在大量充分、详细的理论计算保障下，吊装工作完成的顺利、圆满，为船厂节省了大量资金，为今后大型起重设备安装提供了一条可靠、实用、经济的吊装途径。
Lifting of large lifting equipment is the most important link in the course of its manufacture,in this paper,two reasonable and feasible plans are confirmed against the difference of high frame and low one,together with optimization between two lifting plans for two 80t gantry lifting equipments and existing basis of equipments.with enough and detail theoretical calculation,lifting has been accomplished smoothly and satisfactorily.These plans save much money for the shipyard and provide a reliable,practical and economical way of lifting for latter installation of large lifting equipments.
