肯基亚克油田化学解堵剂BKJ-1的研制与现场试验

Preparation and Field Test of Chemical Block Remover BKJ-1 for Kenjiyak Oilfield

截止2006年12月底，肯基亚克油田盐下油藏共完钻75口井，其中参数井2口、普查井及探井37口、开发评价井及设计注水井36口。CNPC在阿克纠宾投资以来共完钻33口井。其中2002年2口，2003年5口，2004年10口，2005年9口，2006年7口。截止2006年12月底，累积产油495．5446万t，采出程度4．45％，采出可采储量的17．30％，其中，石炭系累积产油462．1482万t，采出程度5．99％，采m可采储量的19．96％，盐下油藏月产油量15．56万t，日产油5020t，与2005年12月相比，日产油减少386t，下二叠系累积产油33．3963万t，采出程度0．98％，采出可采储量的6．09％。与2005年12月比较，2006年12月日产油量减少了7．15％。

On account of asphalt deposition and blockage of oil wells in Kenjiyak Oilfield in Kazakhstan,a kind of chemical block remover BKJ-1 was developed and its performance was evaluated in lab.The field test of chemical removing was carried out at 7048 well and 8005 well by positive injection.The result of field tests showed that the chemical block remover BKJ-1 had good block removing effect and daily oil output from these two wells increased obviously.The cumulative increment of oil of these two wells was up to 2369 tons daily.
