当前大批农村青壮年外出务工,不仅给城市带来了更多的社会问题,也造成了当地农村劳动力的严重缺乏,影响了社会主义新农村建设工程的进程。为了适应农村劳动力市场这种前所未有的变化,必须提高农民整体素质,采取多予少取政策,选择正确的发展模式,从而有效应对农村劳动力市场的机遇和挑战,推动农村劳动力市场健康发展,促进新农村建设。

At present, a great number of rural youths leave their homes for cities to look for work, which not only causes more social labor, thus influences the process of the new of the unprecedented changes of rural labor deal with the opportunities and challenges of problems to cities but leads to the shortage of rural socialist countryside construction project. In the face market, this article presents some ideas on how to rural labor market and promote healthy development of rural labor market as to strengthen the new countryside construction.
