高职院校应当适应社会需求,积极推行"双证书"制度,通过课程设置、师资队伍的培养、实训基地建设及考证引导等有力措施,积极推进"双证书"制度的实施,提升高职院校学生的就业竞争力。

Higher vocational colleges should meet the social demands to carry out actively the double-certificate system through measures of the curriculum setting, the teaching staff training, the construction of practice base and the available certificate guiding so as to improve students＇ employment competence at higher vocational colleges.
