高职院校师德建设刍议

Ethical construction of teachers at higher vocational colleges

师德建设在高职院校党建和思想政治工作中占据着重要的地位。随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入,新时期师德建设也被赋予了新的更高的要求。针对当前高职院校师德建设中存在的问题,以及影响师德建设的教师文化底蕴厚度、师德行为规范意识、职业技术等因素,通过抓学习、抓宣传、抓治理、抓教师发展、抓师生交流、抓考评等策略来提高教师的师德修养。

Ethical construction of teachers occupies an important position in the party building and ideological and political work at socialist market economy system reform, ethical higher vocational colleges. With the deepening of construction of teachers in the new period has also construction such as cultural thickness, ethical codes of conduct awareness, vocational and technical factors are put forward. This paper attempts to improve teachers＇ morality through the study efforts, publicity efforts, teacher development efforts, teacher-student communication, and evaluation, etc.
