摘要
高校作为知识和人才的聚集区,同时也是多元化价值观的集散地。高校管理的本质是在遵循共同的基本价值定位的前提下,进行价值判断与价值选择。人本的价值取向是和谐校园建设的核心,应通过强化实践主体、丰富实践内容和拓宽实践途径来实现人本价值的机制转换,构建和谐校园。
Universities are the place for the gathering of knowledge and talented people and the distributing center of diverse values. The essence of collegiate management lies in the value judgment and choice with the premise of following the same orientation of basic value. The people-oriented value is the key to the construction of the harmonious campus, so it is necessary to strengthen the practice subject, enrich the practice contents and broaden the practice ways, in order to realize the system transformation of people-oriented value and build harmonious campus.
