摘要
基于牛仔布加工印染污泥主要由纤维和浮石组成的特征,研究了以其为原料制备吸附剂的工艺方法,探讨了活化时间等因素对制备吸附剂性能的影响规律。采用氯化锌(ZnCl2)化学活化法,在合适工艺条件下,即ZnCl2浓度35%,浸渍固液比为1∶2,程序升温、热解活化温度500℃,恒温60 min,制备的印染污泥吸附剂收率为73.4%,吸碘值达到630.46 mg/g,对含COD 815 mg/L,色度530倍的印染废水,采用该吸附剂,COD去除率为76.3%,脱色率99.5%,优于商品活性炭的性能。
Based on the characteristic of the sludge from jean dyeing industry, which is mainly composed of fibre and pumice, the adsorbent made from the sludge was developed and factors affecting capacity of the adsorbent were investigated. It is found out that suitable conditions for preparation of the adsorbent are the density of ZnCl2 35% , the proportion of solid to liquid 1 : 2, temperature of pyrolys 500 ℃ for 60 min. controlled by program. A recovery rate of adsorbent obtained is 73.4% and its adsorption capability to iodine is up to 630.46 mg/g. The adsorbent was used in treating a jean dyeing wastewater of its COD 815 mg/L, shades of color 530 times, and a good result was achieved, the removal rate of COD was 76.3% and the decolorizing rate was 99.5%. The experiment results show that adsorption capability of the adsorbent developed is better than commodity carbon activated.
