摘要
目的:观察苦荞芽提取物的镇痛抗炎作用.方法:用热板法观察苦荞芽提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用,用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,观察苦荞芽提取物对小鼠的抗炎作用.结果:苦荞芽提取物能延长小鼠舔后足潜伏期,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较,具有差异性(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论:苦荞芽提取物具有镇痛抗炎作用.
To observe analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of extracts from tartary buckwheat sprouts, mouse hot-plate test was taken to observe analgesic effects of extracts from tartary buckwheat sprouts and models of inflammatory reactions of dimethyl benzene-induced mouse ear edema were performed to observe its inflammatory reactions on mice. The research results show that the latency of licking of the hind paws is prolonged by the extracts. It can reduce the extent of ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzene in mice (P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05). The findings show that extracts from tartary buckwheat sprouts have effects on analgesia and anti-inflammation.
