洁尔阴软膏抗炎试验研究

Anti-inflammatory Experimental Study of Jieeryin Ointment

目的:研究洁尔阴软膏的抗炎作用.方法:分别测定洁尔阴洗液与洁尔阴软膏(高、中、低剂量)对小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎的影响.结果显示:洁尔阴洗液与洁尔阴软膏均能有效地抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀,与生理盐水组比较差别有显著意义(P<0.05);而洁尔阴洗液与洁尔阴软膏各剂量之间相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);基质组与生理盐水组相比较,无显著差异(P>0.05).观察洁尔阴软膏及洁尔阴洗液对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀的影响,洁尔阴软膏对致炎后1 h大鼠足跖肿胀率无明显抑制作用(P>0.05),洁尔阴洗液(0.031 g原生药/kg)具有明显抑制作用(P<0.05);致炎后2 h、3 h、4 h、5 h、6 h洁尔阴软膏三个剂量组及洁尔阴洗液组都具有明显抑制作用(P<0.05),但洁尔阴洗液与洁尔阴软膏各剂量组比较没显著差异(P>0.05).结论:上述实验说明洁尔阴软膏具有明显抗炎作用.

To study the anti-inflammation effect of Jieeryin ointment, Jieeryin lotion and Jieeryin ointment on xylene-induced mouse ear inflammation and carrageenan induced foot sweUing in rats were tested respectively. The previous experimental results show that both Jieeryin lotion and Jieeryin ointment have effects on the mouse＇ s ear inflammation, which have difference significance compared with normal saline group （P 〈 0.05） ; the dose of Jieeryin lotion and Jieeryin ointment have nil significance when compared. Group of stroma and normal saline are compared only to fred that there is nil significance （P 〉 0.05）. The latter experimental results show that three different doses of Jieeryin ointment have obvious effects on the foot swlling of mice after they are inflamed. So does Jieeryin lotion （P 〈 0.05）. The comparisons of Different doses of Jieeryin lotion and Jieeryin ointment have nil significance （P 〉0. 05）. It is concluded that Jieeryin ointment has obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
