社区参与与洛带古镇的可持续发展

Community Participation and Sustainable Development of Luodai Ancient Town

利用定量研究方法建立社区居民对洛带古镇可持续旅游发展态度尺度并对古镇进行实证调查研究.结果显示,问卷的信度和效度都是可接受的,证实了量表的实用性,且居民对环境的可持续发展、旅游给个人和古镇带来的经济利益、古镇长远的规划以及游客满意度4方面的感知比较强烈.最后,对古镇旅游的可持续发展提出建议.

Using quantitative research method, a sustainable tourism attitude scale was developed to measure Luodai ancient town＇s residents＇ attitude toward sustainable tourism and an empirical research was made on the ancient town. The findings show that reliability and validity of the scale are acceptable and the practicability is verified; residents have strong perception towards environmental sustainability, economic benefits that tourism brings for individuals and the community, long-term planning of the town as well as tourist satisfaction. At last, some advice is proposed on the sustainable development of the town＇s tourism.
