督脉电针对脊髓损伤后硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探索督脉电针对大鼠脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury SCI)后硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖类分子(CSGPs)表达和后肢功能的影响。方法:取Wistar大鼠80只,用改良的Allen法制成脊髓损伤模型,随机分为对照组(40只)、督脉电针组(40只),督脉电针组于术后开始接受督脉电针治疗。于术后第1、3、7、14、21、28天进行BBB(Basso-Beattle-Bresnahan)运动功能评分,应用免疫组织化学技术检测脊髓组织硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖类分子(CSGPs)的表达,并用图像分析仪进行定量分析。结果:术后第3~28天,督脉电针组的BBB评分较对照组明显提高,术后第1天,对照组和督脉电针组受损脊髓中CS-GPs的表达明显增加;第3天时均达到高峰,但督脉电针组低于对照组(P〈0.05)。第7、14、21、28天,与对照组比较,督脉电针组CSGPs表达也较低(P〈0.01)。结论:督脉电针使脊髓损伤后CSGPs表达减少,促进其肢体运动功能恢复。这可能有利于抑制脊髓损伤后抑制因子的表达、消除脊髓继发性损伤,保存了残存正常脊髓组织并促进神经轴突再生,改善其肢体运动功能。
