摘要
由于船艇轴系扭振产生的原因复杂性,开展轴系扭振的测量技术研究显得非常重要。本文主要综合分析了齿轮加工及其工艺、脉冲发生电路时钟频率、船体振动3个方面对扭振测量精度的影响,系统分析了基于频率计数法的扭振测试系统的测试原理,并进行了相应的实船测试实验。结果表明,该测试方法对于船艇轴系扭振的测试达到与理论分析一致,是一种方便有效的船艇轴系扭振的测试方法。
Because of the com research the technology of measuring plicity for ship shaft's torsional vibration status, it's very important to the ship shaft's torsional vibration. In the article, at first, the reasons for the shaft torsional vibration and the necessity of its measurement are discussed. Then, the basic method of measurement on torsional vibration is introduced, three facet such as the machining and techniques of gear wheel, the frequency of the pulse circuit and the hull vibration which would effect the measurement accuracy of torsional vibration is analysised. Finally, the measurement principle of frequency figured to measure the shaft's torsional vibration is discussed, and an example of measurement based on the method of frequency figured is given, the measurement example shows that the measurement method is feasible
