摘要 控制装置的可靠性是控制装置的固有属性。为预防控制装置不可靠工作而导致任务失败,运用可靠性设计中的FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)硬件法,针对一种控制装置的实例,列举其可能的故障模式,分析其故障原因及对任务造成的影响,给出相应补偿措施,并将分析成果反馈到控制装置的设计中;建立模型并采用定量计算对改进前后控制装置进行可靠性预计。结果表明,对控制装置的改进措施是合理有效的。实践证明改进后的控制装置成功地解决了电源短路问题,其可靠性有较大提高。 The reliability is the control device inherent attribute. The control device is unreliable causes the duty defeat,in utilization reliability design FMEA( Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)method. In view of one kind of control device's example, enumerates the control device possible fault mode, analyzes its breakdown reason and the influence which creates to the duty, gives the corresponding compensation measure. And analyze the achievement to feedback to the control device design. Around afterward the model building and uses the quantitative evaluation to improve the control device to carry on the reliable estimate, the result indicated that to control device's corrective measure is reasonable effective. The practice proved after the improvement control device has solved the power source short circuit problem successfully, its reliability had enhances greatly.
