摘要
目的评价营养支持对接受机械通气的患者的临床作用。方法采用随机、对照的实验设计。60例患者分肠内营养(EN)组(20例),肠外营养(TPN)组(20例)和普通组(20例)。EN和TPN组患者接受等氮等热量营养支持,普通组仅给予常规输液与普通饮食。结果EN组氮平衡、前白蛋白浓度高于TPN和普通组,组间差异有统计学意义。EN和TPN组ALT低于对照组,Pa02高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。EN和TPN组成功撤机率高于对照组。EN组营养费用低于TPN组,但高于普通组。结论营养支持可以改善机械通气患者的预后。
Objective To evaluate the effects of nutrition support in the patients undergoing the mechanical ventilation. Methods 60 mechanical ventilated patients were randomly divided into enteral nutrition (EN)group (20) ,parenteral nutrition (PN) group (20) and the ordinary group (20) ,EN and PN groups were given the same energy and the same nitrogen,the ordinary group was given the routine intravenous therapy or ordinary diet. Results Nitrogen balance and pro-albumin concentration in EN group was improved, and the difference was significant. The nutrition cost in EN group was lower than that in PN group but higher than in the ordinary group. Conclusion As far as the clinical effects were concerned, nutrition support approach for the patients who were undergoing ventilator therapy is very important.
