羊膜移植在青光眼手术中的应用及护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究羊膜移植应用于青光眼手术的临床效果及护理经验。方法对50例63眼原发闭角型青光眼,随机治疗组25例36眼和对照组25例27眼,治疗组行羊膜移植小梁切除术对照组行单纯小梁切除术,对术后前房眼压、滤过泡、手术成功率及视力进行对照分析和护理干预。结果治疗组术后形成功能性滤过泡(97.2)%,对照组(74.1)%(X2=3.95,P〈0.05);治疗组、对照组术后眼压(11.2±2.3)mmHg、10.5±2.1)mmHg明显低于术前眼压(37.5±13.7)mmHg、(36.7±12.4)mmHg(t=2。234,t=2.437,P均〈0.05);治疗组术后视力(0.19±0.21)较术前视力(0.11±0.13)提高明显(t=2.043,P〈0.05);对照组术后视力(0.12±0.24)较术前(0.10±0.15)变化不大(t=1.543,P〉0.05);两组手术成功率分别为97.2%和81.5%,无显著性差异(X2=2.241,P〉0.05)。结论护理干预是确保手术成功的关键。
