辨证论治联合灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎60例 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察中医辨证分型配合自拟酱红汤保留灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用及探讨治疗"溃疡性结肠炎"的更好给药途径。方法选择确诊为溃疡性结肠炎的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以自拟中药灌肠汤剂保留灌肠+中药辨证治疗。对照组予以西药治疗,疗程均为2个月。结果治疗组临床疗效及肠镜下肠黏膜疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药灌肠汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效,使用方便;保留灌肠是治疗溃疡性结肠炎有效方法。
