摘要
在分析悬臂式掘进机掘进断面成形控制原理的基础上,建立了基于角位移和检测液压缸行程的断面几何参数的匹配模型,得出了掘进机巷道断面成形尺寸与传感器检测量及断面成形控制精度与传感器精度之间的数学关系,为断面成形控制中传感器的精度选择及截割轨迹监控系统的可视化数据采集提供了理论基础。
On this basis of the analysis on the control principle of roadway section forming in tunneling by boom - type roadheader, a geometric parameter matching model of roadway section based on angular displacement and the displacement of detecting cylinder was established, the mathematic relationships between the dimension of roadway section forming and the detection volume of sensor and between the control accuracy of roadway section forming and the precision of sensor were arrived. These provided a theoretical basis for the accuracy choice of senor for the forming control of roadway section and the collect of the visualization data for the track monitoring system of cutter.
