摘要
直驱式永磁风力发电机具有高效率、运行可靠和结构简单等优点,如何通过适当选择定子槽数及极数来改善发电机的性能、降低成本,是直驱式永磁风力发电机设计的一个重要问题。本文以输出功率为1.5MW的直驱式永磁风力发电机为例,根据风力发电系统中永磁发电机低转速、多极数、大体积的特点,基于场路耦合有限元法对风力发电机的性能进行分析。在发电机体积相同的情况下,比较和分析了定子槽数和极数对永磁风力发电机的性能的影响。
The permanent magnet(PM) generator directly-driven by wind turbine has the advantages of high efficiency, simple structure and reliable operation. How to improve the performance and reduce the cost of the machine by proper choice of the pole number and stator slot number is an important problem to be solved for the design of a directly-driven PM wind generator. In the paper, the characteristics of a 1.5MW permanent magnet generator directly driven by wind turbine with low speed, large poles and big volume are analyzed based on circuit-field coupled finite element method. Under the same volume, the effect of stator's pole number and slot number on the performance of permanent magnet generator is compared and analyzed.
