摘要
随着天然气的开发和城市天然气管线的大规模建设,城市天然气管线的安全性越来越受到人们的重视。通过对管线钢管的应力腐蚀问题和抗地质灾害的变形性能问题的分析,以及对国外城市地区天然气管线钢管选择问题的探讨,认为我国在城市和地质条件恶劣地区应当避免使用高于X65级的钢管敷设天然气高压输送管线。同时,钢厂与钢管厂应联手开发专门用于城市和地质条件复杂地区敷设天然气管线的专用管线钢管系列。
With the gas development and large-scale construction of city pipeline for transmitting gas, security of pipeline for transmitting gas is more and more attached. Through analysis on stress corrosion and distortion property resisting to geologic disaster of pipeline steel pipe, and discussion on selection steel pipe used for transmitting gas in overseas cities ,the results showed it should avoid using steel pipes high than X65 grade for transmitting gas. Meanwhile, steel makers and steel pipe manufacturers should both combine development a series of special pipeline steel pipes for laying gas pipeline in cities and geologic condition complex area.
