一种发动机转速测量仪的研制

摘要 利用发动机排气压力瞬间增大减小和转速的比例关系,采集发动机排气压力的频率信号,并将压力信号转为电信号传递至信号处理器转换成数字脉冲信号,再传递至中央心处理器,根据数字脉冲信号计算并通过显示器显示转速数值。这种测速仪可以避免外界因素对于检测结果的影响,既可用于发动机生产线检测,又方便用于专门的道路汽车速度测试。 Using relationship between the ehange of the instant exhaust pressure of the engine and speed, the frequency signal of the engine exhaust was collected and transited into electrical signal, which was delivered to signal processor and converted into digital pulse signal, which then transferred to the center processor. Base on the pulse signal, the speed was calculated in the center processor and showed on the display. This instrument can be used on engine production line for testing, and in the special testing of road vehicles' velocity as well.
