随着汽车工业的发展,作为汽车发动机的保护神——滤清器的需求量也正以每年10%甚至更高的速度在增长。但是目前的滤清器在生产过程、杂质过滤率、机油流量等方面还存在一系列亟待解决的问题。针对机油滤清器中滤芯的生产工序间断以及滤芯不能满足大流量机油过滤等问题,研究了一种新的滤芯成型机——汽车机油曲纸滤芯真空高温高效成型机。

With the development of the automobile industry, as the protector of car engines, the demand for filters is 10% per annum or even higher growth rate. However, the current filter in the production process, impurities filtration rate, oil flow etc, there are still a number of issues requiring urgent solution. A new filter machine which is called car oil filter paper Qu efficient high-temperature vacuum molding machine was studied, to solving the intermittent of production processes and the flow rate.
