茶与健康专题(三) 饮茶与口腔健康
摘要
口腔疾病包括龋齿、牙周疾病和口腔癌等多种疾病。据联合国世界卫生组织（WHO）统计，患口腔疾病的人要比患其他疾病的人都要多。口腔疾病虽然限于口腔，但它对人体的整体健康有重要影响。研究表明，口腔细菌可以增加人体发生心脏疾病、中风和肺部疾病的风险，以及使初生婴儿的体重减轻。
